Our TSD offers a full range of services including calibration, repair, training, installation, on-call services, measuring services, and technical consultation on all your measuring needs so as to provide you with satisfaction and peace of mind.

Metrology Instrument

Reference Equipment
-Check Master, Ring Gauge, Caliper Checker and Gauge blocks (grade 0, 1, 2).

Preventive Maintenance Package

In this increasing competitive environment where downtime is not acceptable, one way to reduce the incidence of breakdowns is Preventive Maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance package includes:
-Annual Calibration with Preventive Maintenance.
-Preventive Maintenance visits.


-Repair of Small Tools and other portable equipments such as linear scales & counters, data processors etc. 
-Walk-in customers are welcome.
-Repair of all Mitutoyo Metrology Instruments.
-Repair and repair by exchange of CMM probes.

  -Software training for CMM, Quick Vision and Form machines
-Metrology Training (example: GD&T).  Special topics at customer request can also be catered for.
-Small tools calibration training
-Customized software training: special training programs catered for customer focused on special topic or parts.

  -Consulting for measuring parts, parts programs making etc.
