The affordable QVP vision probe brings your manual or CNC CMM simplicity to a high performance full-size version measuring machine with a minimum cost.
The QVP adds unique functions on the CMM and enable it to measure microscope dimensions and very flat workpieces, which were not possible by traditional contact type probes. With sub-second vision processing speed, the QVP improves the total through-put time of inspection. This increase the measurement efficiency and reduces the cost. Two types of probe connection; auto-joint connector or straight shank are available.

The QM-Measure employs a cantilever construction, which has 3 open space to make workpiece loading/unloading easy. This also provides the shop operator with obstruction free approach to the workpiece in measurement. The high rigid and well balanced machine body design allows the operator very smooth manual probing with minimum operation fatique.
