The 18th edition of MTA (METALWORKING ASIA) exhibition was held at the Singapore Expo on the 23rd – 26th of March 2011, with more than 500 participating companies from 36 countries taking part, including MAP (Mitutoyo Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.). This year, the highlight for this “Precision Engineering Industry Event”, was on providing applications and solutions for key industries such as Aerospace, Oil & Gas / Marine & Offshore, Medical Technology, Automotive, Energy as well as Electronics.
An estimated 10,000 trade visitors turned out for the event, and MAP displayed some of our latest precision measuring equipments, including Form Measurement Machines (Surftest, Formtracer, Contracer, Roundtest), Vision Measuring Machine, Quick Vision and Quick Scope, Profile Projectors as well as Coordinate Measuring Machines and Spin Arm. Also worth mentioning, is that in this exhibition, MAP specially showcased our wide range of Small Tools instruments and gave visitors the chance to hands-on and understand our products better.
With the support from our local distributors, teamed up with our Product Specialists and Engineers, we were able to provide the best precision measurement solutions for visitors to meet all of their measuring needs. We received fantastic feedbacks and visitors show great interest in what we have to offer in the field of Precision Measurement.
Apart from getting a great number of sales enquiries from potential customers in this exhibition, we even managed to secure a few sales orders for our Metrology machines.
